Damage waiver

Non-refundable damage waiver: This amount is not refunded and covers any non intentional loss, or accident, equipment, or third party The boat is insured according to the Greek Law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the non-refundable damage waiver. A non-refundable damage waiver of 350eur is mandatory. It is not refunded under any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, or third party, all risks of damage/theft whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper, or by the clients. No other secutity deposit is required.
