Gently simmering in a fragrant broth delicately balanced with sweet, sour, and lightly spicy
notes, infused with pineapple, ripe tomato, and aromatic lemongrass, it features an exquisite
combination of prawns, mussels, tender fish fillet slices, octopus, squid, sliced tofu, shiitake
mushrooms, napa cabbage and garden lettuce, bamboo shoot slices, and fine rice noodles -
