SPECIAL CONDITIONS Mandatory starter packs (sheets, towels, dinghy with outboard motor) must be paid directly at the base: €375 for sailboats €475 for catamarans Weekly charters include up to 60 nautical miles. Extra miles are charged at €0.95/mile (e.g., round trip to Ibiza = 160 miles → 100 extra miles = €95 surcharge). Diesel cost is paid by the Client: if refueled by Setsail, 2025 price is €1.78/liter. The vessel is delivered and returned at the base port of Valencia Mar. Technical assistance for breakdowns is only guaranteed at the Base Port. If the boat is in the Islands, repairs cannot be guaranteed until return to Base Port. Weekly charters: Check-in Saturday 10:00, check-out Friday 18:00. Overnight stay on the last night is possible depending on base availability. Transfers to/from Ibiza are not guaranteed until confirmed viable based on weather forecast. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for boarding/disembarking at any port other than the Base Port. Without the corresponding Port Authority permission, boarding/disembarking is not permitted. In case of storm warning before departure, new dates will be arranged depending on vessel availability. In case of storm warning after departure, the Client must return to base port if requested. Failure to comply results in loss of deposit, even without damage. For bareboat rentals, the offer is not confirmed until the proposed skipper’s license and nautical experience resume are accepted. Charges for lost items: Boathook €45/unit, Catamaran cushions €650/unit, Mooring line €35/unit, Fender €45/unit, Portable radio €95/unit, 220V cable €250/unit. Repair charges: Fiberglass scratch €125/unit, WC blockage €475/unit, Other work €38/hour per technician, Drying and cleaning due to 220V cable dropped in water: €125/unit. Excessive dirt surcharge (e.g., grease in oven, seawater in cabins, wet mattresses, accumulated trash): €450 for catamarans €225 for sailboats CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS 100% refund of payment up to 3 months before embarkation 40% refund between 3 months and 1 month before embarkation 0% refund less than 1 month before embarkation
